I’m a people person at heart, passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, valued, and safe. My work is rooted in creativity, with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), psychological safety, and building meaningful connections. As someone with ADHD, I’ve learned how meaningful it is to feel understood in shared spaces. That’s why Caribou exists, to design events where people can connect deeply and feel safe being fully themselves

I bring a socially conscious and sustainable mindset to everything I do — from company retreats to cultural events — because I believe experiences should not only inspire, but also respect the people and world around us.

For me, success is when an event leaves people feeling energized, connected, and truly seen.
